Idea Submission Terms
- Your idea is not confidential, and ONO Golf may use it.
- We are not obligated to build it, reply to it, or pay for it.
- Any reward — prize, perks, or a share of earnings — is at our sole discretion and exists only in a separate agreement signed by both of us.
- You must be 13 or older to submit.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every idea, suggestion, concept, or feedback you send us through the “Share a Golf Idea” form or any other channel (a “Submission”). By sending a Submission you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send one.
2. No confidentiality
Submissions are not confidential and are not received in confidence. Please do not include anything you consider secret, proprietary, or that belongs to someone else.
3. Our right to use your idea
You grant One N Only Golf, Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, develop, build on, and commercialize your Submission, in any form and media, without any obligation to you except as stated in a signed agreement under section 5. You keep ownership of your Submission.
4. No obligation
We are not obligated to review, respond to, build, or credit any Submission. We receive many ideas and may already be working on, or later develop, something similar on our own. Sending a Submission does not create any contract, partnership, employment, or other relationship between you and ONO Golf, and no promise of payment is made or implied by your sending it or by our receiving, reviewing, or using it.
5. Rewards are discretionary and require a signed agreement
If we choose to build a feature based on a Submission, we may — at our sole discretion — offer the submitter a reward such as a prize, perks, public credit in our Consultants section, or a share of revenue from that feature. Whether to offer a reward, what kind, and how much are entirely our decision. No reward is owed or earned unless and until it is set out in a separate written agreement signed by you and by an authorized officer of One N Only Golf, Inc. Selection is based on our judgment of an idea’s merit and fit — never by random drawing — and no purchase or payment is ever required to submit.
6. Your promises
- You are 13 or older, and if you are under 18 your parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you.
- The Submission is your own, and sharing it does not violate anyone else’s rights or any agreement you are bound by.
- The information you give us (name, email, and the rest of the form) is accurate.
7. Credit
If you tick “credit me,” we may list your name as a contributor if we build your idea. You can ask us to remove your name at any time.
8. Your information
We handle the personal information in your Submission as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your email only to contact you about your Submission unless you separately sign up for our newsletter.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you send a Submission applies to that Submission; we record which version you accepted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which One N Only Golf, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
